WORK EXPERIENCE
MYTILINEOS S.A., Senior Security Officer (based in Athens): 07/2018 to 12/2023,
• Planned, implemented almost from inception, and maintained a comprehensive security and emergency management program, encompassing all business segments of the Company, i.e. commercial, metals manufacturing, and construction, aligned with organizational principles and key objectives, nurturing a strong security culture.
• Continually monitored the security situation in the countries of interest, maintaining situational awareness. Worked with commercial teams in evaluating new markets.
• Conducted risk assessments in accordance with ISO 31000 to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities that could affect the organization in Greece and overseas, such as in Nigeria, Libya, Ghana, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ireland, Slovenia, and the UK.
• Authored and implemented security and emergency plans for the new commercial acquisitions and construction sites worldwide.
